Wedding Package Details

• 40’X100’ Future Trac Gable Tent with cathedral window sides (pulled back depending upon weather) for weddings of 51 or more people.  
• Small globe lighting in tent and on patio
• Patio wedding reception location includes six, 60 inch round tables and cream folding CBV chairs for ceremony and reception for contracted packages up to 50 people. 
• For packages of 51-250 guests, white resin chairs and 60" tables included for contracted number of guests
• Barrel tables for: Gifts, registration, cocktail hour, food and cake
• Complimentary use of grotto for ceremony (other areas available-ask event coordinator for options)
• Use of the outdoor facilities (tent, patio and grotto areas etc.)
• Private use of the winery during events after 6pm except areas where prohibited
• Heaters/fans in tent, depending upon weather

• 1 ½ hours for rehearsal Friday before wedding
• 4 hours for ceremony and reception (start of ceremony to end of reception)
• 1 hour prior to ceremony start time for bride to arrive with private space for preparations
• Up to 3 hours prior to ceremony start for caterer and to prepare decorations
• Breakdown for 30 minutes after reception
• Total of 10 hours usage – additional hours may be purchased if needed

• Use of exclusive photo locations throughout the vineyards
• Complimentary wine tasting for each guest 21 and over, upon request
• Cypress Bend Vineyards staff to assist with wine tasting and pouring
• Tours of facility, upon request
• Cypress Bend Vineyards logo wine glasses for use during your event
• Ample free parking
• Retail store will remain open during event for guest enjoyment
• Normal electrical hook-ups for grotto area, patio, and tent
• Tiki torches along pathway to tent
• Use of our Custom built wine bar
• Setup and clean-up of tables and chairs for event areas, including all grounds keeping of site

Venue rental is $35 per person with a 30 person minimum

The rate for weddings with over 200 guests is $30 per person

Additional Items

ADDITIONAL HOURS: $250.00 (+ tax) per hour at contract signing and up to 2 weeks prior to wedding, $500.00/hour after deadline up to and including day of wedding.

WINE: Only CBV wine allowed, purchased by the case, bottle, or glass

BEER: Cans only; no kegs allowed—please inquire for details & other restrictions

OTHER ALCOHOL: Please ask your event coordinator for more information.

ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL:  Additional fountains, lighting, AV equipment, large sound Equipment, etc. are $75.00 per outlet

You may purchase as much as you like.  Our wines range in price from $12-$16/bottle.

You may either pre-select what you’d like to serve to your guests or we can set-up a tasting station.  With a tasting station, guests may sample then select what they would like to drink.  For glasses or bottles of wine, a tally will be kept.  Your total will be billed to your card on file at the conclusion of your event.

A 25% (of total contract) non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to hold a date for an event. If you choose to postpone your event, the deposit can be transferred to an alternate date, if it is available.  The rescheduled date must be within a year of the original canceled date.  After one year the deposit is non-transferrable. 

If you cancel your original date and you do not choose an alternate date, the deposit is not refundable.  Your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to rebook another wedding of equal or greater value on your cancellation date. 

Payment for your event must be paid in full, 4 weeks prior to your event date.  If the event is scheduled within the 4 week payment due period, then the event must be paid for in full, at time of booking.
